亲爱的会员请到您的邮寄订单查看你是否需要更换你的地址或者自行在会员聚会现场领取
Dear members, please check your mailing order to see if you need to change your address or pick it up at the fans club gathering event.
不管你更换地址或者选择现场领取都需要使用本人的户口操作，我们会根据您的会员号码来找出您的订单并更换您的邮寄地址
Whether you change your address or choose to pick up on site, you need to use your account to operate. We will find your order and change your mailing address based on your membership number.
如果你选择更换地址，你将需要重新付新的邮费，之前的邮费将不会退款的作为更换地址的服务费用
If you choose to change the address, you will need to pay new postage again. The previous postage will not be refunded as it will be served as service fee for address amendment .
如果你不更换地址我们将不会收取任何附加费用，请自行决定是否一定要更换您的邮寄地址
If you do not change your address we will not charge any additional fees, please decide whether you must change your mailing address

新加坡演唱会门票：9月18日前提交更换订单
我们将会在9月18日到主办单位拿到新加坡门票，9月20日～27日寄出
新加坡地址将会在寄出后1～3个工作天收到
Singapore concert tickets: Submit replacement orders before September 18th
We will get the Singapore tickets from the organizer on September 18th and mail them out between September 20th and 27th
Singapore address will receive it within 1-3 working days after sending
马来西亚演唱会门票：10月1日前提交更换订单
我们将会在10月1日到主办单位拿到马来西亚门票，10月5日～15日寄出
Malaysia concert tickets: Submit replacement order before October 1st
We will get the Malaysia tickets from the organizer on October 1st and send them out between October 5th and 15th
Malaysia address will receive it within 1-3 working days after sending
注意，如果您是新加坡或者马来西亚以外的外国地址，由于时间紧急我们将一律自动选择现场领取，演唱会后（11月1日～15日）邮费会在本网站作为折扣码退回给您，您可以使用折扣码在本网站购买任何物品。
Please note that if your address is outside Singapore or Malaysia, we will automatically choose on-site pick-up due to time urgency. The postage will be refunded to you as a discount code on this website after the concert (November 1st to 15th). You can use the discount code to purchase any item on this website.
