1：	How do I join JayMS?
	1. Register an account at our webstore【https://www.jay-ms.com/account/register】 2. Please add JayMS membership【https://www.jay-ms.com/products/jayms】as a product into the cart, and choose a size for your member t-shirt 3. Fill in an accurate mailing address 4. Postage will be decided by country and weight of item 5. After you made payment, please click on【back to online store】. You should receive order number【JMSxxxx】and two emails. The first email is regarding the payment, the second email will be information regarding order number 6. Please fill in more information in the following form after payment has been made【https://forms.gle/KRuonq659e4KNKne6 】 7. Add JayMS Admin in Facebook as friend 【https://goo.gl/2v3UgN】 8. Please message your order number【JMSxxxx】&【Jay-MS Member No】 to the Admin and wait for your order to be verified. 9. Once verified, admin will add you into JayMS Member Discussion group on Facebook. 10. Member t-shirt and card will be mailed out within a week.

2：	Can we join from overseas?
	We welcome all members from different parts of the world. We also have members from adifferent countries such as Taiwan and Indonesia. Registration process is the same.

3：	Membership fee
	RM100/per year，RM120/every two years

4：	Membership Renewal
	- This is only available to members whose memberships are still valid【Membership which has not expired】 - Renewal of membership is RM60 for every 2 years. It will be counted from previous membership expiry date. (For example, your membership is valid till May 2018 and you renew your membership on Feb 2018, your membership will be extended till May 2020)

5：	If my membership has expired and I accidentally bought membership renewal instead, what can I do?
	You must still purchase the new 1 or 2 year membership. Then email the admin so that the 2 years renewal you have bought could be added to your new membership account.

6：	How do I check whether my membership has expired?
	Logged into【My Account】in www.jay-ms.com. In【Account Details】, expiry date will be stated beside your name.

7：	Can I renew after my membership expired?
	Renewal of membership fee is not valid for members whose membership has already【EXPIRED】. You can only join as a new member and pay the new membership fee accordingly

8：	Will I receive a new membership card after I renew my membership?
	No, your old card and membership number is still valid.

9：	What do I need to look out for after I renew my membership?
	Please logged in after 3 days of membership renewal submission and check whether the expiry date of your membership has been updated. If it has, it means that your renewal application is successful.

10：	Can I apply for my membership renewal in advance?
	Yes

11：	When is the cut off date for membership renewal application?
	It must be the day before the expiry month end. For example, if your membership expire in 05/2018, the renewal has to be completed and paid before 23:59 hours on 31/05/2018.

12：	If there is no expiry date beside my name in the account, what does that mean?
	It means you are no longer a member and must rejoin as a new member in order to enjoy the benefits.

13：	Can member with expired membership retain the membership number?
	No. members who re-join JayMS will be given new membership card and t-shirt. Every membership card has a membership number and old number cannot be re-used.

14：	If I lost my membership card, can I buy a new card?
	Yes, however, the membership number will be a new one as each number is unique to one card. You may purchase a new card at https://www.jay-ms.com/products/2016. This is only open for current members.

15：	My friend and I want to sign up as members. Can we use the same store account to purchase two memberships?
	No, for effective membership management, each webshop account is tied to one email address and one member. For two memberships, each membership should be registered under it's own webshop account.

16：	What happens if I already/accidentally paid for two memberships?
	After the admin checked the transaction, the membership will be extended according to the webshop account holder. For example, if two 1-year memberships were bought together, the webshop account holder will get two years membership, 2 club t-shirts and 1 membership card. The friend will have to use another webshop account to purchase his/her own membership.

17：	I accidentally paid for new membership when my intention is to do a renewal. What will happen then?
	If an existing member paid for new membership rather than renewal, the following actions will happen. -if a 1 year membership (RM$100) is purchased, 3 years will be added to your existing membership duration after verification. -If a 2 years membership (RM$120) is purchased, then 4 years will be added to your existing membership duration after verification. You will still use your current membership number and card. Therefore, no new membership and card will be mailed to you. Also the postage that you have already paid for will not be refunded. Please be careful before making payment. All admins' decisions are final.
